The Conrad Press to Relocate Headquarters to Leicester

Over the next few months, The Conrad Press will be relocating its headquarters from Canterbury in Kent to Leicester in the East Midlands.

The company has been based in Canterbury since it was founded in December 2015 by author and publisher James Essinger. The exact date of the move has not yet been finalised and will be announced in due course.

Since its launch, The Conrad Press has grown into an international publishing company, publishing a rich and varied catalogue across a wide range of genres. Among James Essinger’s own books is Writing Fiction: A User-Friendly Guide, while his biography of Frances Kelsey, Frankie: How One Woman Prevented a Major Pharmaceutical Disaster, is currently being developed for the screen.

For James, the move marks a return to his roots. Born in Leicester, he has maintained strong ties with the city throughout his life and is looking forward to making it his permanent home.

The Conrad Press will continue to work with authors across the UK and around the world. James warmly welcomes enquiries from both existing and prospective clients and looks forward to developing new relationships with writers throughout the East Midlands, West Midlands and beyond.
