Hastie Salih has been working as a GP for the past thirty years. She is of Kurdish ethnicity and spent her childhood between Wales and Germany. She has had short stories and poems published in anthologies and magazines, with ‘Dahlia and Carys’ being her debut novel. She currently lives in Essex in the United Kingdom.
